The Shrine of ”Madonna of Relief” : a little church dedicated to the Virgin Mary, a place where history, art and prayer in unison join each other to worship God the Father and venerate the Virgin Mary
It's very surprising that such a small church, situated at the southern tip of Milan, still rises in all its beauty, after more than five hundred years of wars, dominances, famines, plagues, abandons and raids of all kinds.
It's also extraordinary that, as years have gone by, the grand works of painters, craftsmen and artists are still undamaged, and so we can admire real masterpieces in the different fields of building, painting and decor.
